OUR FEES

Quality legal representation does not need to cost an arm and a leg. Here at Pensky & Kim, we strive to provide our services at a reasonable price and in a transparent manner. 

• Criminal cases are handled for a fixed fee or on a graduated fee schedule.
• Evictions, ejectments, and unlawful detainers are typically handled for a fixed fee or on a graduated fee schedule (some exceptions apply).
• Name changes are handled for a fixed fee.
• Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.
• Sealings or expungments of criminal arrest records are handled for a fixed fee.
• Most other cases/matters are typically handled on a per hour basis.

In general, our legal fees are based on the seriousness and complexity of the client’s case. Unless otherwise specified, the client is always responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses incurred in the handling of their case.

We accept accept all major credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. We can also offer payment plans in some situations
